Terms & Conditions for Pre-Sale Tickets

• 1.Pre-Sale eligibility is reserved for customers who successfully register to receive a code between 22–25 January via https://www.leedongwookthailand.com/. Eligible customers may purchase Pre-Sale tickets on 31 January 2026, from 10:00 to 23:59 (GMT+7), exclusively via Ticketmelon.
• 2.Registered customers will receive the Pre-Sale code only via the email address used for registration.
• 3.Each email address may be used to register for a code a maximum of one time only.
• 4.Ticket purchases during the Pre-Sale round are limited to a maximum of 2 tickets per person.
• 5.Those who purchase tickets in the Pre-Sale round are still eligible to purchase additional tickets during the Public Sale.
• 6.Tickets purchased in the Pre-Sale round are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold or assigned to others. Any violation of this rule will result in the ticket being voided immediately.
• 7.The company reserves the right to refuse refunds and cancel tickets discovered to be in breach of terms without prior notice.
• 8.Once payment is completed, the company reserves the right to refuse any requests for seat changes, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.
